Based on the same theory and principles as foot and hand reflexology, the Bergman Zone Method Facial ReflexologyTM is a non-invasive, holistic treatment that is carried out on the face.
It is thought that the gentle stimulation of reflex points on the face helps to balance the corresponding parts of the body on the inside, whilst the added stimulation of the facial skin helps to promote a healthy glow on the outside.

What to Expect During A Treatment
Facial reflexology appointments are approximately 60 minutes and include a 15 minute consultation at the start of the appointment to discuss all areas of your health and wellbeing in a safe and confidential environment in order to establish a treatment plan.
It is best to arrive for your treatment without make up on. You will be asked to remove any jewellery from around your facial area and to also remove your shoes for you to relax back into the reclining chair during your treatment. Treatment will consist of gentle head massage and traditional facial reflexology techniques on the different reflexes on the face.
You can choose between the facial reflexology with a simple cleanse and polish or the luxurious facial reflexology with a full facial treatment using a selection of Neal’s Yard beauty products and hot towels throughout your treatment to help nourish and revitalise your skin.
